Position: Senior Customer Service Officer I – Accounts/Cash
- Job Summary: This position is responsible for delivering a wide range of banking services under the supervision of the Branch Manager. Key duties include managing cash and non-cash transactions, verifying and approving financial operations, and ensuring accurate reconciliation and record keeping. The role also requires providing excellent customer service, supporting credit processing, and promoting the bank’s products.
- Key Duties:
- Cash and Transaction Management: Handling cash, transfers, and remittances while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Account and Loan Administration: Opening accounts, processing loan contracts, and maintaining collateral records.
- Reconciliation and Reporting: Reconciling accounts and preparing financial and risk-related reports.
- Customer Service: Assisting customers, responding to inquiries, and promoting bank services.
- Record Keeping and Compliance: Maintaining secure records and adhering to bank policies.
- Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Accounting, Banking, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 years of relevant banking experience, with at least 1 year in a customer service officer position.
