Position: Senior Customer Service Officer I – Accounts/Cash

  • Job Summary: This position is responsible for delivering a wide range of banking services under the supervision of the Branch Manager. Key duties include managing cash and non-cash transactions, verifying and approving financial operations, and ensuring accurate reconciliation and record keeping. The role also requires providing excellent customer service, supporting credit processing, and promoting the bank’s products.
  • Key Duties:
    • Cash and Transaction Management: Handling cash, transfers, and remittances while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
    • Account and Loan Administration: Opening accounts, processing loan contracts, and maintaining collateral records.
    • Reconciliation and Reporting: Reconciling accounts and preparing financial and risk-related reports.
    • Customer Service: Assisting customers, responding to inquiries, and promoting bank services.
    • Record Keeping and Compliance: Maintaining secure records and adhering to bank policies.
  • Job Requirements:
    • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Accounting, Banking, or a related field.
    • Experience: 2 years of relevant banking experience, with at least 1 year in a customer service officer position.
