- A Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Banking & Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of direct work experience in credit life and/or vehicle insurance is required.
- Key Duties:
- Processing insurance applications.
- Ensuring timely renewals and claim processing.
- Maintaining proper documentation and records.
- Providing guidance to members on insurance-related inquiries.
- Preparing periodic reports on insurance operations.
