Position Details
The Sales Officer will oversee the sales team and find solutions to increase company sales. Responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Training sales employees and managing customer appointments and complaints.
- Providing in-depth knowledge of company products to customers.
- Informing product developers about potential improvements and analyzing competitors’ products.
- Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure the company reaches its target audience.
Qualifications
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Zero (0) years of working experience is required.
- Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and customer service skills are necessary. You should also have sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
- Language: Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory, and proficiency in other local and international languages is a plus.
- Soft Skills: You should be adaptable and possess excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
