- Qualification: MA or BA Degree in Economics, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 7 to 9 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years at a managerial level in a Micro-Finance or Financial Institution.
- Skills: Mandatory Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Word.
