About the Institution
Meklit Microfinance Institution S.C. is a transformed Commercial Microfinance Institution, initially established under Proclamation No. 40/96 and recently revised under Proclamation No. 626/2009 issued by the National Bank of Ethiopia. The institution provides financial and non-financial services to medium, small enterprises and low-income communities, particularly women, across both urban and rural areas of Ethiopia.

Requirements
Education:
- BA Degree or Diploma in Marketing Management, Economics, or Management.
Experience:
- 2 years for BA Degree holders
- 4 years for Diploma holders
Technical and Other Skills:
- Firm belief in teamwork
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to interact and work effectively with others at all levels
- Demonstrated technical ability and good conceptual understanding of participatory approach and sustainable development
