1. Research Officer
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields.
- Minimum CISI Introduction to Investment (Level 3) qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of research experience.
- Strong analytical and statistical skills, with proficiency in financial modeling.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial, economic, and sectoral research.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret data to produce reports, forecasts, and insights.
- Support investment and advisory services with evidence-based analysis.
2. Company Secretary & Legal Officer
Qualification & Experience:
- LLB or higher in Law.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in legal advisory or company secretarial roles.
- Experience in financial institutions preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with Ethiopian laws, capital market regulations, and governance standards.
- Provide legal counsel and manage statutory obligations.
- Support the Board of Directors in governance and compliance matters.
3. Business Development Officer
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum CISI Introduction to Investment (Level 3) qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, marketing, or sales (financial services experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills in Amharic & English (additional local language is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft products; familiarity with design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Drive business development, client acquisition, and market expansion.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies.
- Prepare promotional content and engage in client relationship management.
4. Head of Research and Business Development
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields (Master’s or professional certification such as CISI Level 3 is a plus).
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in financial research, business strategy, and stakeholder engagement.
- Knowledge of Ethiopian financial markets, investment products, and trading principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Amharic & English (additional local language is a plus).
Responsibilities:
- Lead the research and business development teams.
- Oversee financial research, strategic planning, and product development.
- Manage stakeholder engagement and market expansion initiatives.
