Position: Ecosystem Operation Manager

Standard Responsibilities

1. Develop, cultivate, and maintain ecosystem partners in HUAWEI CLOUD segmented domains. Assist partners in building HUAWEI CLOUD joint solutions and quickly replicate and promote the solutions in projects across the country.
2. Explore and gain insights into the business model, ecosystem development model, and market competition analysis of specific domains. Output analysis reports and suggestions, and formulate ecosystem expansion strategies and execution plans to accelerate the win-win cooperation between HUAWEI CLOUD and partners.
3. Organize and participate in industry ecosystem activities, and improve the joint brand awareness of HUAWEI CLOUD and partners.

About You

Service Skill Requirements:

1. Understand the industry technology cooperation ecosystem and have capabilities in industry analysis and insight, ecosystem layout planning, solution ecosystem construction, customer and partner communication and guidance, and ecosystem development/management/operation.
2. Strong learning ability, ability to resist pressure, and a positive and enterprising spirit.
3. Proactive, careful, with good internal and external communication skills.

Requirements for Professional Knowledge:

1. Experience in organizing large-scale brand activities and related cultivation capabilities.
2. Understanding of channel development models such as distribution and ISV.
3. Experience in cloud-related domains (including IT, big data, HPC, and AI) or a sub-sector of industry experience is preferred.
