1. Senior Strategy Implementation and Monitoring Officer

• Location: Addis Ababa (Head Office)

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor strategic plans to ensure alignment with the bank’s objectives.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum of a BA degree in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or related fields.
• Experience: 4 years of relevant experience.

2. Senior Planning & Support Officer

• Location: Addis Ababa (Head Office)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of planning strategies to drive the bank’s growth and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum of a BA degree in Economics, Management, Marketing Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, or related fields.
• Experience: 4 years of relevant experience.

3. Senior Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Officer

• Location: Addis Ababa (Head Office)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer relationships and ensure the delivery of excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum of a BA degree in Management, Marketing Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, or related fields.
• Experience: 4 years of relevant experience.
