1. Junior Accountant Maker

Number of Positions: 10
Location: Addis Ababa

Job Overview:

The Junior Accountant will ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records by performing data entry, maintaining records, and supporting senior accounting staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records, including member deposits, loans, and interest payments.
Input financial data into accounting software, ensuring up-to-date records.
Monitor and update member accounts.
Assist senior staff with accounting tasks and projects.
Support in preparing financial reports and statements.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Cooperatives, Business Management, or related field with a GPA of 3.2 or higher.
Must have passed the exit exam with good marks.
Fluency in English and Amharic.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Familiarity with digital tools and accounting systems.
Attention to detail and accuracy.

2. Member Relations Junior Officer

Number of Positions: 8
Location: Addis Ababa

Job Overview:

As a Member Relations Junior Officer, you will be the primary point of contact for members, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
Organize programs or events to engage and satisfy members.
Collect feedback from members and relay information to relevant departments.
Assist with membership applications, renewals, and benefits.
Maintain accurate member records and track engagement metrics.
Advocate for member interests within the organization.

Qualifications:

Education: Fresh graduates of 2024 with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Cooperatives, Business Management, or related fields with a GPA of 3.2 or higher.
Passed the exit exam with good grades.
Fluency in English and Amharic.
Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
Familiarity with digital tools and content management systems.
