1. Junior Attorney

Job Objective:

• Handle court proceedings, provide legal advice, prepare/review contracts, policies, rules, and regulations.
• Manage non-loan litigation civil cases and criminal cases.
• Represent the Bank before courts and tribunals.
• Address legal issues related to new products and services.

Job Requirements:

• Education: LLB Degree in Law.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of banking experience, of which 2 years in the area of law.

2. Attorney

Job Objective:

• Manage court proceedings, provide legal advice, and prepare/review legal documents including contracts, policies, and agreements.
• Represent the Bank in courts of law, tribunals, and other relevant institutions.
• Follow up non-loan litigation, criminal cases, and foreclosure cases.
• Offer legal interpretation and maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and interpretations in compliance with relevant laws.
• Prepare/revise legal documents, contracts, policies, and agreements.
• Represent the Bank in court and conduct litigation, reporting progress regularly.
• Conduct research on legal topics and provide clarifications to internal departments.
• Follow up criminal cases and ensure proper execution of judgments.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports on court cases.

Job Requirements:

• Education: LLM/LLB Degree in Law.
• Experience: Minimum of 4/6 years of banking experience, with at least 3 years in the area of law.
