Job Requirements:

• Education: BA in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.
• Graduation year: 2023 or 2024 G.C.
• No prior experience required.
• Age: 25 years or younger.
• Exit Exam is required.

2. Branch Manager – Grade C

Job Requirements:

• Education:
  • MA/MBA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields with 6.5 years of experience.
  • Or BA in the same fields with 8.5 years of experience in the banking industry, of which 2 years as Customer Services Manager – Grade B or 3 years as Branch Accounts Administrator – Grade A.

3. Senior Customer Service Specialist

• Education and Experience:
  • BA in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, or related fields with 2.5 years of experience.
  • Or Diploma (Level IV) in the same fields with 4 years of experience in banking operations, with at least 1 year as CSS position.

4. Branch Accounts Administrator – Grade B

Job Requirements:

• Education and Experience:
  • BA in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, or related fields with 3.5 years of experience in banking operations, with at least 1 year as Senior Customer Service Officer or equivalent position.

5. Senior Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation Officer

Job Requirements:

• Education and Experience:
  • MBA/MA/BA in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related fields.
  • 5.5 years (for MA/MBA) or 3.5 years (for BA) of experience in banking operations, with at least 2 years as a relevant officer.

Addis Ababa
