Position 1: Customer Service Officer II

• Educational Qualification:
  • BA degree or TVET Level IV/III in Business or a related discipline.
• Experience:
  • 0, 6, or 7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Work Locations:
  • Meskel Flower Sub-Branch, Addis Ababa
  • Shola Branch (Hayat), Addis Ababa
• Salary:
  • Starting from ETB 16,592.00 (as per company scale)
• Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.

Position 2: Attorney II

• Educational Qualification:
  • LLB Degree or Diploma in Law
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 to 9 years of relevant legal experience
• Work Location:
  • Based in Asela, managing legal affairs related to branch offices
• Salary:
  • Starting from ETB 24,028.00 (as per company scale)
• Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Fluency in both spoken and written Afaan Oromo and Amharic is mandatory
