🧾 Job Summary
Kerchanshe Group is looking for an experienced and proactive Parts Manager to lead the parts sales department for McCormick Agricultural Machinery. The role involves managing inventory, ordering parts, overseeing the sales team, analyzing market trends, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven professional with a solid background in agricultural machinery and parts management.
🛠 Key Duties & Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Sales Management
- Lead and mentor the sales team with clear targets.
- Build a high-performance sales culture through coaching and development.
Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis.
- Adjust sales tactics based on customer needs and market trends.
Sales Strategy & Pricing
- Develop sales strategies to boost McCormick tractor parts sales.
- Set competitive pricing aligned with market and profitability.
Sales Performance Oversight
- Monitor KPIs and take corrective actions to meet targets.
- Evaluate sales data for continuous improvement.
Customer Relationship Management
- Develop strong customer relationships and close sales effectively.
- Understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries and promotional alignment.
Inventory & Order Management
- Oversee ordering, inventory, and product availability in coordination with purchasing and logistics departments.
Networking & Representation
- Represent the brand at industry expos and events.
- Build strategic partnerships within the agricultural sector.
Reporting & Strategy Adjustment
- Provide regular sales performance reports and market insights to senior management.
🎓 Job Requirements
Educational Background:
- BA or MA in Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 8 years in agricultural machinery sales or related industries.
- At least 2 years in a managerial role with proven leadership experience.
