🎯 Job Purpose

The Sales Officer will be responsible for achieving sales targets, growing the company’s market presence, and managing customer relationships in the assigned regional areas. The role is critical for expanding the FMCG product portfolio and driving sustainable business growth.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers
• Call potential customers to explain products and encourage sales
• Handle customer inquiries and escalate complex issues when necessary
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of company products
• Maintain accurate records of sales, appointments, and complaints
• Coordinate with marketing to reach target audiences
• Provide feedback to product teams for market-driven development
• Prepare cost-benefit analysis for clients
• Monitor competitor products and market trends

🎓 Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Sales Officer, particularly in FMCG products
