Komari Beverage is seeking dedicated individuals to join our data operations team. We are looking for motivated professionals for the roles of Supervisor, Data Collector, and Data Validator-Cleaner. 1. Supervisor

About the Role:

As a Supervisor, you’ll oversee a team of Data Collectors, ensuring that data collection targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and field operations run smoothly. You’ll be the primary point of contact for your team and communicate directly with project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage Data Collectors.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track daily progress and performance, ensuring target achievement and high data quality.
  • Quality Control: Conduct spot checks and reviews of collected data for accuracy and protocol adherence.
  • Troubleshooting: Provide immediate field support and guidance to Data Collectors.
  • Logistics Coordination: Arrange scheduling, travel, and distribution of survey materials and equipment.
  • Reporting: Compile and submit regular progress reports to the project manager.
  • Communication: Act as the main communication link between Data Collectors and project management.
  • Data Verification (Initial): Perform initial checks on submitted data for completeness and obvious errors.
  • Equipment Management: Accountable for the maintenance and appropriate utilization of all allocated data collection equipment for personal and team use.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in supervising field teams, ideally in data collection or research.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in data collection software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Travel: Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively.

2. Data Collector

About the Role:

As a Data Collector, you will directly engage with dealerships to gather survey responses accurately and efficiently. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to carefully follow survey protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting Surveys: Collect data surveys from dealership personnel in person.
  • Data Accuracy: Ensure all collected data is accurate, complete, and correctly entered into designated mobile collection tools.
  • Adherence to Protocols: Strictly follow survey scripts, guidelines, and ethical considerations.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and promptly report any challenges encountered during data collection to your supervisor.
  • Reporting: Submit daily progress reports to your supervisor.
  • Equipment Management: Responsible for the care and proper use of any assigned data collection equipment (e.g., phones).

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in data collection, surveying, or customer service is a plus.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Proficiency in using mobile devices or tablets for data entry.
  • Travel: Ability to travel to various dealer locations as required.

3. Data Validator-Cleaner

About the Role:

As a Data Validator-Cleaner, you’ll ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of all collected survey data. You will carefully review, clean, and validate data, identifying and correcting errors, inconsistencies, and outliers to prepare datasets for analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Validation: Systematically review collected data for errors, inconsistencies, missing information, and outliers using predefined rules and software.
  • Data Cleaning: Correct or flag inaccurate data entries, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain data quality control procedures.
  • Error Reporting: Document identified data issues and their resolutions, providing feedback to Supervisors and Data Collectors.
  • Data Standardization: Standardize data formats and ensure consistency across entries.
  • Database Management: Assist in maintaining the survey database.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on data quality metrics and cleaning progress.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or any other quantitatively related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in data validation, data cleaning, or data quality assurance.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, R, Python, or specialized data cleaning software). Ability to identify patterns and anomalies in large datasets. Excellent problem-solving skills and a methodical approach. Strong communication skills for providing feedback on data quality.
