Hibret Bank is seeking highly qualified and experienced professionals to fill several management and specialist roles at its Head Office in Addis Ababa. The bank is looking for individuals with expertise in security monitoring, data center management, cyber security engineering, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance), and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) projects.

1. Manager, Security Monitoring & Incident Response Division
- Required Educational: MSc/BSc in Computer Science or Computer Engineering. Cyber Security & Information Security Certifications are advantageous.
- Experience:
- For MSc: 2 years as Head, Security Monitoring & Incident Response Section or equivalent (or 7 years relevant banking experience) OR 1 year as Manager, Security Monitoring & Incident Response Division or equivalent (or 8 years relevant experience).
- For BSc: 3 years as Head, Security Monitoring & Incident Response Section or equivalent (or 11 years relevant banking experience) OR 2 years as Manager, Security Monitoring & Incident Response Division or equivalent (or 12 years relevant experience).

2. Associate Data Center Management Officer
- Required Educational: BSc in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 1 year as Junior Data Center Management Officer or equivalent experience in the banking industry OR 1 year as Associate Data Center Management Officer or equivalent experience.

3. Manager, Cyber Security Engineering Division
- Required Educational: MSc/BSc in Computer Science or Computer Engineering. Cyber Security & Information Security Certifications are advantageous.
- Experience:
- For MSc: 2 years as Head, Cyber Security Engineering Section or equivalent (or 7 years relevant banking experience) OR 1 year as Manager, Cyber Security Engineering Division or equivalent (or 8 years relevant experience).

- Experience:
- For MA/MSc: 2 years as Head, ESG Section or equivalent (or 7 years relevant banking experience) OR 1 year as Manager, ESG Division or equivalent (or 8 years relevant experience).
- For BA/BSc: 3 years as Head, ESG Section or equivalent (or 11 years relevant banking experience) OR 2 years as Manager, ESG Division or equivalent (or 12 years relevant experience).

5. Manager, M&A Project Division
- Required Educational: MA/BA in Economics/Management/Accounting/Finance. Certification in CFA level 2 or Level 3 CISI Capital Market Program in Securities or Corporate Finance is required.
- Experience:
- For MA: 2 years as Head, M&A Section or Capital Market Operation Section or equivalent (or 7 years relevant banking experience) OR 1 year as Manager, M&A Division or Capital Market Operation Division or equivalent (or 8 years relevant experience).
