Hibret Insurance is inviting qualified applicants to apply for several positions based in Addis Ababa. The company is seeking individuals with relevant experience and skills to join their team.

Available Positions:

1. Grade 4 Branch Manager

  • Education: BA/BSc in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience: Six years of proven and relevant post-qualification Insurance experience, out of which two years in supervisory positions or three years as senior officer.
  • Knowledge & Skill: Good knowledge of insurance products & services, acceptable marketing & selling skills, team building skills, communication, interpersonal & analytical skills, written & spoken English language proficiency, excellent computer skills. Having CII certification is an advantage.
  • Place of Work: Addis Ababa

2. Secretary

  • Education: Diploma in Secretarial Science & Office Management. COC Certificate is required.
  • Experience: Four years of proven and relevant post-qualification experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge & Skill: Excellent communication skill and personality, written & spoken English language proficiency, excellent office management & organizing skill.
  • Place of Work: Addis Ababa

3. Senior Driver

  • Education: 12th Grade complete, 3rd Grade or equivalent driving license. Certificate or Diploma in Auto Mechanics is advantageous.
  • Experience: Six years of proven & relevant experience.
  • Knowledge & Skill: Excellent communication skill and personality, excellent time management skill, high level of discipline.
  • Place of Work: Addis Ababa

4. Motorist/Postman

  • Education: 10th grade complete. Renewed driving license.
  • Experience: Two years of proven and relevant experience.
  • Knowledge & Skill: Excellent communication skill and personality, excellent time management skill, high level of discipline.
  • Place of Work: Addis Ababa
