1. Sales and Marketing Manager
Position Summary:
The Sales and Marketing Manager will lead Moyee Coffee’s sales and marketing efforts across all business lines: Moyee Roasting, Coffee Farms, Moyee Cafés, and retail channels. This dual role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on executor capable of driving revenue growth, building a strong brand presence, and expanding market share both locally and internationally. The ideal candidate blends commercial acumen with creative marketing expertise to achieve sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Management: Develop and execute robust sales strategies for B2B and B2C channels (local and export), manage key accounts, set targets, identify new business opportunities, and ensure order fulfillment.
- Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop integrated marketing strategies, conduct market research, strengthen brand positioning (emphasizing FairChain), and lead campaign planning and execution.
- Digital Marketing & Social Media: Oversee SEO, SEM, email marketing, e-commerce, social media management (engagement, content quality, brand consistency), and analytics monitoring.
- Traditional Marketing & Media Relations: Design and implement offline marketing initiatives (TV, radio, print, outdoor), maintain media relationships, and optimize advertising spend.
- Customer Engagement & Satisfaction: Collaborate with customer service to enhance the customer journey, implement loyalty programs, and use customer data insights.
- Brand Activation & Events: Organize and lead brand activations (trade fairs, product launches, in-store tastings, community events) and build strategic partnerships.
- Content Creation & Design Oversight: Supervise creation of marketing materials, oversee development of written and visual content, and collaborate with designers/copywriters.
- Budget & Team Leadership: Manage sales and marketing budgets, recruit, mentor, and lead a cross-functional team, and foster a performance-driven culture.
About You:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree (MBA/MA) in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience:
- 10 years of work experience for BA holders / 8 years for MA or MBA holders.
- Proven experience in leading marketing teams, preferably in the coffee, FMCG, retail, or hospitality industries.
- Hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, event planning, and brand management.
- Technical Skills: Strong expertise in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, Google Analytics), proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, content management platforms, graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva), market research, data analysis, and performance tracking.
- Core Competencies: Strategic thinking, leadership & team management, creativity & innovation, analytical mindset, communication & collaboration, customer-centric approach, event planning & execution, and budget management.

2. Senior Sales Specialist
Position Summary:
The Senior Sales Specialist will expand our market presence by increasing revenue from key clients and actively seeking new business opportunities. You will manage relationships with key accounts, implement strategies to secure new clients, and grow our sales footprint. This role requires significant coffee sales experience and a deep understanding of the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute strategies to increase revenue from key accounts and acquire new clients.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, conducting regular visits to understand their needs and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while meeting client expectations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute tailored sales promotions and product launch initiatives.
- Provide accurate revenue forecasts and sales reports, analyzing data to adjust strategies and meet targets.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to capitalize on new sales opportunities.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure high-quality products are delivered on time.
- Address client concerns promptly and professionally to maintain strong, long-term relationships.
About You:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of coffee sales experience, with a strong record of increasing revenue and acquiring new clients is mandatory.
- Knowledge: Deep knowledge of the coffee industry, including trends, competitors, and product insights.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; results-driven mindset; ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and develop revenue growth strategies.
