Abay Bank S.C. is inviting interested and qualified fresh graduates to apply for the position of Customer Service Officer (CSO) – II.


Position: Customer Service Officers (CSO) – II

  • Required Education and Experience: Minimum BA degree in Accounting, Business Management, Management, Banking and Finance, Economics, and/or related Departments with zero years of experience.
  • Specific Requirements:
    • Only Graduates of 2024 & 2025.
    • Applicants must have passed the national exit examination.
  • CGPA:
    • For Female: 2.5 & above.
    • For Male: 2.75 & above.
  • Job Summary: The CSO handles customer inquiries, payments, and collections; works on deposit mobilization; searches for potential customers; ensures correct receipts and advices are issued; balances daily cash; and prepares daily cash position.
  • Place of Work: Branches under all districts except Dire Dawa district.
  • Salary: As per the Bank’s Scale.
