Ethiopian Construction Design and Supervision Works Corporation (ECDSWCo.) is diversifying from consultancy into high-end construction projects through its business unit – EEC-Construction. The corporation focuses on complex construction projects, including high-rise commercial and residential buildings, infrastructure (roads, railways, airports), and water & energy sector construction. EEC is evolving into a conglomerate covering Piling, Underground & Foundation Works, Fit-Out, Energy (Solar Solutions), Electro-Mechanical Solutions, Facility Management, Landscape, and Construction Materials Production.

📌 Position: Junior Site Engineers (for Different Departments)

🔹 Scope of the Role

To support on-site engineering per scope requirements, ensuring that all installation, statutory, consultants, and local authorities’ guidelines are applied. The role ensures compliance with contract specifications, QA/QC policies, and project documentation.

🔹 Roles & Responsibilities

Adhere to all contract specifications and guidelines during all project phases.
Manage material submittals, maintain registers, and ensure up-to-date site information.
Ensure compliance with HSE/QA-QC procedures, risk assessments, and method statements.
Support procurement schedules and follow-up on material deliveries.
Control dissemination of contractual documents and manage drawing updates.
Maintain QA/QC requirements, conduct inspections, and manage compliance records.
Record and report team efficiencies, delays, constraints, and deviations.
Manage testing & commissioning, warranties, and defect liability requirements during project closeout.

🎓 Job Requirements

Educational Qualification:

BSc in Civil Engineering or COTM
CGPA: 3.0 and above
Must have passed Exit Exam
Year of Graduation: 2024 & 2025 only

Work Experience:

Fresh graduates (0 years of experience)
Bright talents with strong learning attitude and passion for engineering
Excellent communication skills & MS Office proficiency
Open to learn and flexible to work in different departments

Location: Anywhere in Ethiopia
