Position 1: Customer Service Executive – II (Interest Free Banking)

Job Purpose

To enhance customer satisfaction by delivering efficient front-line banking services and supporting branch resource mobilization through cross-selling of the Bank’s products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships and promote the Bank’s positive image
  • Deliver services in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLA)
  • Support branch profitability and resource mobilization targets
  • Perform customer recruitment and account opening activities
  • Administer the Primary Vault jointly with the Branch Manager / Branch Operation Manager
  • Receive, verify, lodge, and withdraw cash to/from vaults
  • Handle cash consignments to and from Treasury
  • Verify daily cash balances and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with internal control and risk management systems
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Education: BA Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year banking experience as CSO, CSR, CSE, or related role
  • Additional Advantage: Knowledge of Sharia / Interest-Free Banking

Position 2: Customer Service Executive – II

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver quality customer service in line with SLA
  • Support customer recruitment and account opening
  • Manage vault administration jointly with branch management
  • Handle cash transactions and treasury consignments
  • Verify customer identities, signatures, and records
  • Support branch profitability targets
  • Ensure compliance with internal control and risk management systems
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Education: BA Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year banking experience as CSO, CSR, CSE, or related role
