💼 Position: Digital Payment Senior Officer
🎯 Job Summary
The Digital Payment Senior Officer is responsible for overseeing and improving the performance and availability of digital payment systems. The role includes managing system upgrades, supporting integrations, monitoring system performance, and resolving technical incidents to ensure reliable payment operations.
The officer also contributes to team leadership by coordinating tasks when the principal is absent and supporting the setup, testing, and piloting of digital payment integrations.
📋 Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage digital payment application systems
- Lead system upgrades, changes, and performance enhancements
- Support integrations such as IPS, NPG, and Shared Wallet systems
- Guide and support payment system operational activities
- Troubleshoot system incidents and ensure quick resolution
- Participate in testing and piloting new digital payment solutions
- Support team coordination and operational continuity when required
🎓 Education Requirements
BSc or MSc Degree in:
- Computer Science
- Software Engineering
- Related fields
💼 Work Experience
- 6 years (BSc) or 4 years (MSc) of relevant work experience
- At least 2 years in a professional position
🧠 Required Skills
- Communication skills
- Payment system operations knowledge
- Digital payment platform understanding
- Problem-solving and technical troubleshooting ability
