Position: Program Assistant Intern – Market Systems Development Program

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields:

• Marketing
• Marketing Information Systems
• Management
• Computer Science
• Related fields

---

Experience

• 0–3 years of relevant experience (internship experience is acceptable)

---

Required Skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluency in English and at least one local language
• Strong interest in Market Systems Development and economic development programs

Advantage

• Basic graphic design skills
• Familiarity with digital tools

Key Responsibilities

Workshop and Event Logistics Support

• Assist in planning and coordinating workshops, trainings, and meetings
• Support venue arrangements and participant communication
• Prepare materials and assist with on-site logistics

Documentation and Reporting Support

• Prepare activity reports and meeting minutes
• Assist in creating presentations and organizing program data
• Maintain organized digital and physical records

Task Follow-up and Coordination

• Track action points from meetings
• Follow up with team members and partners to ensure timely task completion

Communication and Visibility Support

• Assist in preparing communication materials
• Support basic graphic design and content organization

Required Competencies

• Technical and non-technical communication skills
• Marketing and business management understanding
• Communication and media studies knowledge
