📌 Position: Branch Manager – Grade C (IFB)
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead overall branch performance
- Manage day-to-day operational activities of the branch
- Ensure high-quality customer service delivery
- Develop and implement annual branch action plans
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Prepare and submit periodic performance reports
🎓 Job Requirements
- Education:
- MA/MBA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields
OR - BA Degree in the same fields
- MA/MBA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields
- Experience:
- MA/MBA holders: 6.5 years of relevant banking experience
- BA holders: 8.5 years of relevant banking experience
- Plus:
- 2 years as Customer Service Manager Grade B OR
- 3 years as Branch Accounts Administrator Grade A
