
The Deborah Foundation, established in 2019, is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of children with Down syndrome and intellectual disabilities through health support, education, and policy advocacy. We are seeking passionate and qualified professionals to join our team.
Open Positions
1. Junior Physiotherapist
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
- Licensing: Must possess a valid physiotherapy license.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of neurodevelopmental and motor disorders; ability to assess and implement evidence-based interventions for children.
- Language: Proficiency in written and spoken Amharic and English.
- Salary & Benefits: * Net Salary:17,000 ETB.
- Certified training from local/international partners.
- Master’s program and capacity development opportunities.
- Location: Deborah Village (Sheger City) or Head Quarter (Bole).
2. Executive Assistant
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role.
- Skills: High level of discretion for sensitive information; strong project management and multitasking abilities; proficiency in office technology.
- Language: Proficiency in Amharic and English (Afaan Oromo is an advantage).
- Location: Head Office, Bole (behind Sur Construction).
