List of Vacant Positions
1. Professional & Office Roles (Addis Ababa)
- Senior GIS Expert: MA/M.Sc. (4 years exp) or BA/B.Sc. (6 years exp) in Engineering, Geology, Geography, or GIS.
- Quality Expert II: M.Sc. (0 years exp) or B.Sc. (2 years exp) in Railway, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Surveyor II: Level III/IV in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or GIS with 2–4 years of experience.
- Executive Secretary I: BA Degree/Level V in Secretarial Science & Office Management with 4 years of experience.
- Assistant Mechanic: TVET Level III/IV in Auto Mechanics with 2 years of experience.
2. Construction & Technical Roles (Kombolcha Project)
- Purchaser: BA in Purchasing & Supply Management, Economics, or Accounting with 4 years of experience.
- Earth Work Foreman: Diploma in Construction Technology with 5 years of experience (4 years in road construction).
- Track Work Foreman: Diploma in Construction Technology with 2 years of experience (Railway projects preferred).
- Vehicle & Heavy Machinery Mechanic Chief: Diploma/TVET IV in Automotive Technology with 5 years of experience.
- Welder & Grinder: TVET/Certificate in a related field with 2 years of experience.
3. Machinery & Vehicle Operators (Kombolcha Project)
All operator roles require 5 years of relevant experience and a valid/special driving license.
- Backhoe Loader Operator
- Forklift Operator (4th Grade License required)
- Truck Drivers: Fuel Truck, Water Truck, Dump Truck, Lowbed, Mobile Garage, and Half Crane.
- Coster Driver (4th Grade License required)
General Requirements
- Salary: According to the Corporation’s salary scale.
- Work Experience Tax: Applicants from private organizations must submit a letter from the Revenue Branch Office confirming that income tax has been paid on their previous work experience.
