PANA DM Trading PLC is a private manufacturing company in Ethiopia specializing in footwear and leather goods. We are currently seeking qualified and motivated individuals to join our production facility team.
Open Positions
1. Finance Head
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; manufacturing industry experience is highly desirable.
- Role: Manage all factory finance/accounting operations; prepare budgets and forecasts; monitor production costs; manage payroll and tax compliance.
- Location: Tulefa (Near Fiche Town).
2. Junior Accountant
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1 year in a manufacturing environment (footwear or textile preferred).
- Role: Maintain accurate financial records; analyze manufacturing costs (materials, labor, overhead); manage inventory accounting for WIP and finished goods.
- Location: Tulefa (Near Fiche Town).
3. Sales Person
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience, including at least 1 year in a manufacturing industry (preferably a shoe factory).
- Role: Promote and sell footwear products; build customer relationships; achieve sales targets; provide market feedback to production teams.
- Location: Tulefa (Near Fiche Town).
4. Junior Chemist (Fresh Graduate)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field.
- Experience: 0 years (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Role: Assist in testing raw materials and finished plastic products; support quality control/assurance; conduct lab experiments and maintain equipment.
- Location: Tulefa (Near Fiche Town).
General Information
- Work Station: The factory is located in Tulefa Town, approximately 50-55km from Addis Ababa (near the Federal Prison Police Training Institution).
- Deadline: May 2, 2026 (10 days from the announcement date).
- Preference: Candidates residing around Hayat Square and nearby areas are highly encouraged to apply.
