Accounting & Finance Roles
1. Main Cashier
- Location: Addis Ababa
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in cash handling, vault management, or direct accounting roles.
- Technical Skills: Sound basic computer literacy (Windows operating system, Microsoft Word, and Excel).
2. Tax Accountant
- Location: Addis Ababa
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of focused experience working specifically as a tax accountant or in a closely related corporate tax compliance field.
3. Senior Accountant
- Location: Addis Ababa
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of robust experience within a senior finance role or a highly related corporate accounting position.
- Core Competencies: Strong mathematical and analytical skills, proficiency in managing integrated ERP systems, and excellent communication skills required to interact with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Technical, Sales & Inventory Roles
4. Spare Parts Sales Officer
- Location: Addis Ababa
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or Business Administration with a strong baseline of technical knowledge.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in spare parts sales, heavy machinery sales, or technical commercial procurement.
5. Tools & Spare Part Store Keeper
- Location: Addis Ababa
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Automotive Engineering or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the materials management or warehousing department of a merchandising company or production factory.
- Core Competencies: Practical knowledge of inventory tracking software, store keeping policies, and basic computer skills (Windows, Word, Excel).
Systems, Compliance & Engineering Roles
6. System and Document Officer
- Location: Addis Ababa
- Education: BSc in Chemical Engineering, Applied Chemistry, Food Process Engineering, or Food Science.
- Experience: 5 years and above of experience handling complex documentation structures, specifically relating to Integrated Management Systems (IMS) and formal factory documentation processes.
