Shobole Engineering PLC (Shobole Electromechanical) is a specialized engineering firm focused on the supply, installation, maintenance, and operation of European-standard Turkish elevators and escalators. The company is seeking qualified, motivated professionals to fill three distinct roles at its Addis Ababa operations.

Open Positions & Requirements

1. Junior Accountant

• Work Location: Addis Ababa
• Education: BA Degree or College Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
• Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Core Skills: Sound baseline knowledge of standard accounting principles, corporate financial reporting, and practical proficiency in Microsoft Excel and specialized accounting software.

2. Sales Person

• Work Location: Addis Ababa
• Education: BA Degree or College Diploma in Marketing Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Prior experience in direct sales, client acquisition, and customer handling is highly preferred.
• Core Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, active negotiation skills, a target-oriented mindset, and high energy.

3. Software Engineer

• Work Location: Addis Ababa
• Education: BSc Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related computing field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of verified, relevant software development or systems engineering experience.
• Core Skills: Functional knowledge of programming languages, modern database systems, analytical problem-solving, and the ability to work independently or within an agile development team.
