Position: Branch Manager I
Job Summary:
Reporting to the Director of the District Office, the Branch Manager plans, organizes, and controls all branch activities. Key responsibilities include:
- Resource Mobilization: Driving deposit growth and customer acquisition.
- Credit Management: Approving loans and overdraft facilities within authorized limits.
- Operations: Managing local and foreign transfers, handling foreign exchange transactions, and reviewing financial backgrounds of applicants.
- Reporting: Preparing comprehensive activity reports for executive oversight and decision-making.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance, Banking, Management, or a closely related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 7 years of relevant banking experience.
- Leadership: At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role or equivalent position is mandatory.
- Job Grade: XII.
