At-Con Engineering & Architectural Consultancy PLC, established in 2002, provides a comprehensive range of consulting services for governmental and private sectors in fields including Highway, Structural, Water Resource, and Bridge Engineering. The company is currently seeking qualified professionals for the following positions at its Head Office in Addis Ababa.

Open Positions

1. Quantity Engineer

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience, with proven exposure to both road and building projects.
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and Bills of Quantity (BoQ) based on drawings and specifications.
  • Analyze, review, and prepare contractor payment requests and price adjustment documents.
  • Collaborate with design team leaders and engineers to align estimates with project requirements.
  • Maintain detailed records of cost-related documentation and correspondence.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of construction materials/methods, excellent analytical skills, and high attention to detail.

2. Human Resources Officer (Contract Basis)

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in an HR role.
• Key Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of Ethiopian Labor Law and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
