Position: Customer Service Officer (Maker)

  • Job Summary: Responsible for providing front-office customer service support at the branch. Key duties include account maintenance, processing payment and collection transactions, handling both cash and non-cash transactions, and responding to customer inquiries with a high degree of professionalism.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field, such as Marketing Management, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or other equivalent fields.
  • Experience: Zero (0) years of experience.
  • Age: Must be not more than 25 years of age.
  • Training Period: Candidates will be permanently assigned after completing six (6) months of intensive training.
