Position: Space Experience Manager

Role Summary:

The Space Experience Manager will focus on optimizing office environments and employee engagement through strategic facility management and site coordination.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management or a related field.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) concepts and best practices.
Experience: Proven experience in office space or facilities management, ideally in a multi-site or national context.
Language: Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal); proficiency in Chinese is preferred.

Strategic Planning: Ability to handle strategic thinking and project management.
Operational Management: Expertise in vendor/contract management, cost control, and budget management.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical, decision-making, and risk-mitigation abilities.
