1. Market for Sanitation PBI (Place-Based Initiative) Officer
- Role Summary: Catalyzes sustainable and inclusive markets for sanitation solutions. Responsibilities include strengthening local WASH market systems, monitoring business centers, and managing sales data through the mWater platform. You will support local entrepreneurs and Mason installers to promote durable sanitation products.
- Education: * B.Sc. in Environmental Health (5 years exp.)
- OR M.Sc. in Environmental Health, Public Health, Management, Economics, or Marketing (3 years exp.).
- Technical Skills: Experience in Market-Based Sanitation (MBS), CLTSH (Community-Led Total Sanitation and Hygiene), and SBCC (Social and Behavior Change Communication) is desired.

2. Field Security Coordinator
- Role Summary: Supports the Response Security Manager in mitigating operational risks. Responsibilities include conducting Security Risk Assessments (SRA), implementing Core Security Requirements, leading crisis management, and coordinating security networking with other NGOs.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or Police/Law Enforcement Training.
- Experience: * Minimum 3 years in a proven security field (Public, Private, or NGO sectors).
- Experience in high-security risk environments or armed conflict situations is essential.
- Mandatory Requirement: Must pass the HEAT (Hostile Environment Awareness Training) course within 90 days of employment.
