Four distinct positions are currently open for applications.

Open Positions & Requirements

1. Branch Manager

  • Job Purpose: Support the sustainable and profitable growth of the Bank by enhancing customer attraction, satisfaction, and retention through excellent service delivery and optimal resource utilization.
  • Main Duties & Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement service delivery plans to optimize customer experiences.
    • Ensure proper compilation of documentation for loan and foreign currency requests.
    • Communicate with customer relationship management teams to create cross-selling opportunities.
    • Work with the Branch Operations Director to set operational and business objectives.
    • Review Income and Expense Summary Accounts and control branch expenses.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of six (6) years of Banking Operations experience. Interest-Free Banking (IFB) training certification is advantageous.

2. Branch Operation Supervisor

  • Job Purpose: Support customer service delivery and operational efficiency by ensuring prompt cash movement, maintaining control of the vault, and reconciling accounts.
  • Main Duties & Responsibilities:
    • Authorize transactions originated by customer service officers and check their correctness.
    • Verify that books of accounts are in balance and prepare all financial reports for the branch.
    • Maintain dual custody of the Primary Vault with the Branch Manager and sole custody of the Secondary Vault.
    • Manage cash consignments to/from the Treasury while maintaining established branch cash-holding limits.
    • Assign, control, and balance individual teller tills.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of four (4) years of related banking experience. IFB training certification is advantageous.

3. Senior Customer Service Officer

  • Job Purpose: Process cash and foreign currency transactions efficiently, maintain organized cash drawers, and coach branch Customer Service Officers to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Main Duties & Responsibilities:
    • Coach, coordinate, and monitor the daily performance of Customer Service Officers within the branch.
    • Ensure all branch transactions are executed accurately and that unauthorized daily transactions are properly audited.
    • Keep strict control of the vault cash for both local and foreign currencies at the end of each business day.
    • Sort, warp, and lodge cash notes based on their respective denominations.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of related banking experience. IFB training certification is advantageous.

4. Customer Service Officer II

  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of Banking Operations experience. Foundational knowledge of Interest-Free Banking (IFB) is highly advantageous.
  • Required Skills: Excellent customer service, marketing management, and business management capabilities.
