Siinqee Bank S.C.: Vacancy Announcement

Siinqee Bank S.C. is inviting competent, honest, and skilled professionals to join its team. The bank is heavily focused on leveraging digital banking and contemporary technology to drive financial inclusion and efficiency across its corporate divisions and branch networks.

Branch Management & Operations Positions

1. Branch Manager

  • Workplace: Wolkite Branch (South Finfinne District), Figa, and Meri Branches (East Finfinne District)
  • Job Grade: XI
  • Education: MBA/MA/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, or Marketing Management.
  • Experience: 4 to 5 years of general banking experience, with at least 1 year served as a Manager of Branch Operations & Marketing I (MBOM-I), Customer Service Manager I (CSM-I), or an equivalent supervisory banking role.

2. Branch Manager – I

  • Workplace: Yaya Gullele Branch (North Finfinne District)
  • Job Grade: XII
  • Education: MBA/MA/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, or Marketing Management.
  • Experience: 5 to 6 years of general banking experience, with at least 2 years served as a Branch Manager, MBOM-II, CSM-II, or an equivalent position.

3. Branch Manager – II

  • Workplace: Wara Jarso Branch (North Finfinne District) and Leman Branch (South Finfinne District)
  • Job Grade: XIII
  • Education: MBA/MA/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, or Marketing Management.
  • Experience: 7 to 8 years of general banking experience, with at least 2 years served strictly as a Branch Manager-I (BM-I) or equivalent position.

4. Senior Customer Service Officer Cash – II

  • Workplace: Mendida Branch (North Finfinne District)
  • Job Grade: X
  • Education: MBA/MA/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, or Marketing Management.
  • Experience: 3 to 4 years of general banking experience, with at least 1 year served as a Senior Customer Service Officer Cash-I or equivalent.

Head Office & Credit Relations Tiers

5. Corporate CRM (Customer Relationship Management)

  • Workplace: Head Office (Addis Ababa)
  • Job Grade: XII
  • Education: MBA/MA/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Leadership, or Marketing Management.
  • Experience: 5 years of general experience for Master’s holders or 6 years for Bachelor’s degree holders, with at least 1 year served as a Senior Credit Analysis and Appraisal Officer or in a CRM-related core corporate lending capacity.

6. Senior Auditor II

  • Workplace: Head Office (Addis Ababa)
  • Job Grade: XII
  • Education: MBA/MA/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Business Leadership, or Marketing Management.
  • Experience: 5 to 6 years of active audit experience in the banking industry, with at least 1 year served strictly as a Senior Auditor I or equivalent position.

7. Senior Customer Relationship Officer

  • Workplace: Oda Branch
  • Job Grade: IX
  • Education: MBA/MA/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Leadership, or Marketing Management.
  • Experience: 3 years of general banking experience, with at least 1 year served as a Customer Relationship Officer or equivalent position.

General Parameters

  • Terms of Employment: Permanent placement following the successful completion of a standard probationary period.
  • Salary: Per the bank’s official corporate salary scale relative to Job Grades IX–XIII.
