The bank is currently seeking qualified and experienced professionals for critical operational roles at its Head Office in Addis Ababa and its specialized Islamic Banking branch in Dessie.

Open Positions & Technical Requirements

1. Principal Property & Warehouse Management Officer

• Location: Head Office (Addis Ababa)
• Education: M.A. or B.A. Degree in Management, Purchasing & Supplies Management, Business Management, or closely related fields of study.
• Experience Requirement: * 5 years of relevant experience for M.A. holders OR7 years for B.A. holders within the banking industry.
  • At least 2 years must have been served specifically as a Senior Property & Warehouse Management Officer or in an equivalent logistics/procurement supervisory tier.
• Core Duties: Oversee large-scale asset tracking, manage centralized bank warehouse logistics, optimize inventory control systems, and coordinate supply chain pipelines for branch equipment distribution.

2. Banking Business Manager I

• Location: Dessie Nib Halal Branch (Interest-Free / Halal Banking Window)
• Education: B.A. Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related business fields.
• Experience Requirement: Minimum of 3 years of active banking work experience. Your history must fulfill at least one of the following baseline tracks:
  • Minimum 1 year as a Customer Service Officer (CSO) / Banking Business Officer (BBO) or Associate Branch Controller (Internal Control Officer I).
  • OR Minimum 3 years served strictly as a Junior Branch Controller.
  • OR Equivalent core banking operational roles.
