1. Talent Acquisition Officer

  • Job Grade / Workplace: Grade X | Head Office

  • Work Experience: 3 to 4 years of general work experience, with at least 1 year served as an Associate HCM Officer II, Associate Human Capital Shared Services Officer II, or an equivalent role.

2. Human Capital Shared Services Officer

  • Job Grade / Workplace: Grade X | Head Office
  • Education: MBA, MA, or BA Degree in HRM, Management, Business Administration, Economics, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields.
  • Work Experience: 3 to 4 years of general work experience, with at least 1 year served as an Associate HCM Officer II, Associate Human Capital Shared Services Officer II, or an equivalent role.

3. Senior Talent Acquisition Officer – I

  • Job Grade / Workplace: Grade XI | Head Office
  • Education: MBA, MA, or BA Degree in HRM, Management, Business Administration, Economics, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields.
  • Work Experience: 4 to 5 years of relevant work experience, with at least 1 year served as a Talent Acquisition Officer, HCM Officer, or an equivalent role.

4. Senior Talent Acquisition Officer – II

  • Job Grade / Workplace: Grade XII | Head Office
  • Education: MBA, MA, or BA Degree in HRM, Management, Business Administration, Economics, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields.
  • Work Experience: 5 to 6 years of general work experience, with at least 1 year served as a Senior Talent Acquisition Officer I, Senior HCM Officer I, or an equivalent role.

5. Senior Human Capital Shared Services Mg. Officer II

  • Work Experience: 5 to 6 years of general work experience, with at least 1 year served as a Senior Human Capital Shared Services Officer I, Senior HCM Officer I, or an equivalent role.

IT, Risk, & Fraud Management Positions

6. Senior Dispute Resolution and Fraud Monitoring Officer I

  • Job Grade / Workplace: Grade XI | Head Office, Digital Banking
  • Education: MBA, MA, or BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields within the banking industry.
  • Work Experience: 4 to 5 years of general work experience, with at least 1 year served as a Dispute Resolution and Fraud Monitoring Officer, or an equivalent role.

7. Senior IT Project Management Officer – I

  • Job Grade / Workplace: Grade XI | Head Office
  • Education: MSc or BSc Degree in Computer Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Science, or related fields.
  • Work Experience: 4 to 5 years of general work experience, with at least 1 year served as an IT Project Management Officer or an equivalent position. Practical project management experience is highly advantageous.

8. Senior IT Project Management Officer – II

  • Job Grade / Workplace: Grade XII | Head Office
  • Education: MSc or BSc Degree in Computer Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Science, or related fields.
  • Work Experience: 5 to 6 years of general work experience, with at least 1 year served as a Senior IT Project Management Officer-I or an equivalent position. Practical project management experience is highly advantageous.

9. Manager, Banking Operation Management – I

  • Job Grade / Workplace: Grade X | Branches under Jimma District (Mizan, Dedo, and Bure Branches)
  • Education: MBA, MA, or BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields.
  • Work Experience: 3 to 4 years of general work experience, with at least 1 year served as a Senior Internal Controller-I, Senior Customer Service Officer Cash-I, or equivalent position in the banking industry.

10. Branch Manager

  • Job Grade / Workplace: Grade XI | Branches under North Finfinne District (Sandafa and Gaba Jimata Branches)
  • Education: MBA, MA, or BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields.
  • Work Experience: 4 to 5 years of general work experience, with at least 1 year served as an MBOM-I, CSM I, or equivalent position in the banking industry.

11. Branch Manager – I

  • Job Grade / Workplace: Grade XII | Branch under Jimma District (Darimu Branch)

12. Manager, Banking Operation

  • Job Grade / Workplace: Grade XIII | Branch under South Finfinne District (Artis Ali Bira Branch)

  • Work Experience: 7 to 8 years of general work experience, with at least 2 years served as a BM-I or an equivalent position.

13. Manager, Banking Business

  • Job Grade / Workplace: Grade XIII | Branches under South Finfinne District (Artis Ali Bira Branch)
