Role Summary: The Branch Business Manager is responsible for driving growth and excellence at the branch level. Key priorities include customer acquisition, sales performance, market expansion, and resource mobilization. The role holder ensures all strategic initiatives align with the Bank’s overarching business goals.

Required Qualifications

- Experience:
- Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant banking experience.
- At least one (1) year in a supervisory or leadership post.
