Open Management Positions & Requirements
1. Branch Manager III
- Location: Alamata Branch
- Job Purpose: Oversee, direct, and assume full accountability for the overall banking operations and business growth of the branch in strict compliance with the bank’s policies, procedural guidelines, and National Bank of Ethiopia regulations.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a closely related field.
- Experience Requirement: Minimum of 4 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry, including at least one (1) year of dedicated experience as a Branch Manager-IV, Business Manager I, or an equivalent supervisory banking position.
2. Branch Manager IV – Interest-Free Banking (IFB)
- Location: Worabe Branch (Under Hawassa District Office)
- Job Purpose: Manage and drive the operational activities of an exclusive Interest-Free Banking branch, ensuring that all financial transactions, customer service touchpoints, and asset allocations align with the bank’s corporate framework and Shari’ah principles.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Requirement: Minimum of 4 years of banking industry experience, including at least one (1) year of experience as a Business Manager II-IFB, Business Manager III-IFB, or equivalent positions.
- Mandatory Skill: Comprehensive, proven knowledge of Shari’ah law, ethics, and operational principles related to Interest-Free Banking (IFB) is mandatory.
3. Branch Manager IV
- Location: Wacha Branch (Under Jimma District Office)
- Job Purpose: Lead overall conventional branch operations, drive local deposit mobilization initiatives, cultivate business relationships, and manage internal risk controls and resource utilization at the branch level.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related business field.
- Experience Requirement: Minimum of 4 years of relevant banking experience, with at least one (1) year served strictly as a Business Manager II, Business Manager III, or in an equivalent supervisory role.
