Open Positions & Specifications
1. Area Sales Manager
- Department: Commercial / Sales & Distribution
- Role Level: Managerial
- Education: BA Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Management, or related business disciplines.
- Experience Required: Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience, with a mandatory baseline of at least 2 years spent explicitly in a managerial position within the FMCG (beverage/food) industry.
- Core Responsibilities: * Lead, motivate, and monitor regional sales teams, Key Distributors, and distribution partners to execute Route-to-Market (RTM) strategies.
- Manage regional pricing execution, analyze market trend shifts, and capture detailed competitor intelligence.
- Monitor warehouse and satellite distributor stock levels closely to enforce a target of zero product stock-outs.
- Conduct recruitment, orientation, and structured on-the-job capability coaching for sales representatives.

2. Executive Assistant to the CEO
- Department: Executive Office / Administration
- Education: BA Degree in any field of study.
- Experience Required: Proven experience operating as an Executive Assistant, Board Secretary, or a highly demanding strategic administrative support role. Prior exposure within an FMCG corporate structure is a major plus.
- Core Responsibilities:
- Act as a vital strategic partner, managing the CEO’s calendar, filtering departmental communications, and serving as an efficient gatekeeper.
- Track project updates on high-priority strategic initiatives and organizational deadlines.
- Facilitate executive meetings, compile precise agendas, and ensure strict follow-through on cross-departmental action items.
- Draft sensitive corporate reports, design executive presentations, and coordinate travel schedules, events, and high-profile public appearances with absolute confidentiality.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are mandatory. Must possess a highly professional demeanor, strong MS Office skills, and total adaptability.
3. Call Center Operator
- Department: Customer Service / Sales Logistics Support
- Education: Degree certification (BSc or BA) in Arts, Science, or other relevant academic fields.
- Experience Required: 1 to 2 years of experience in tele-sales, call center environments, or corporate customer service. Experience in the FMCG or brewery/beverage sector is a distinct advantage.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Amharic and English is required; multilingual capabilities in local languages such as Tigrigna, Afan Oromo, or others are highly preferred.
- Core Responsibilities:
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound sales calls, process customer orders accurately in the system, and resolve client inquiries professionally.
- Provide prompt, clear information to distributors and retail points regarding product availability, running promotions, pricing variations, and dispatch schedules.
- Coordinate closely with the warehouse, logistics, and field sales crews to guarantee frictionless order fulfillment.
- Keep neat daily call logs, update CRM data fields, and compile basic customer feedback metrics.
