TME Leadership and Management Institution Vacancy Announcement

TME Leadership & Management Institution is an organization dedicated to professional leadership development, project management, and workforce capability building. The institution utilizes remote and hybrid operational models to deliver executive training, educational media, and institutional programs.

TME is currently seeking highly organized, creative, and analytical professionals to fill seven (7) distinct positions based out of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Administration, Operations, & Strategy Roles

1. Executive Assistant / Operations Coordinator

  • Employment Type: Part-Time (with growth potential)
  • Location: Remote / Hybrid (Addis Ababa)
  • Key Responsibilities: Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and organizational inbox traffic; preserve operational filing systems; coordinate logistics for technical training workshops and partnership sessions; assist in formatting proposals and checking project deadlines.
  • Requirements: Strong administrative or operations experience; expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Prior exposure to international organizations or non-profits is a major plus.

2. Program Manager

  • Employment Type: Full-Time or Contract
  • Location: Remote / Hybrid (Addis Ababa)
  • Key Responsibilities: Oversee workforce development programs from planning to operational delivery; track key project deliverables, timelines, and reporting matrices; coordinate directly with corporate consultants, facilitators, and external institutional stakeholders.
  • Requirements: Proven experience in program or project management. A background in leadership training frameworks or a PMP certification is highly preferred. Must possess sharp analytical skills, fast typing abilities, and team leadership traits.

3. Proposal & Grant Writer

  • Employment Type: Contract / Part-Time
  • Location: Remote (Home Base – Ethiopia)
  • Key Responsibilities: Research local and international donor funding streams; draft technical narratives, capability statements, and structural grant applications; prepare comprehensive corporate bids for foundations, NGOs, UN bodies, or government frameworks.
  • Requirements: Proven track record in professional grant or proposal writing. Exceptional technical writing talent, speed typing capacity, and familiarity with institutional donor frameworks (e.g., USAID, UN, or global foundations).

Digital Brand, Media, & Technology Roles

4. Website & Digital Brand Manager

  • Employment Type: Contract (with growth potential)
  • Location: Remote (Addis Ababa)
  • Key Responsibilities: Administer, update, and secure the organization’s central website; implement SEO best practices and track analytics; maintain visual brand consistency across all active outreach channels; support email marketing and content strategy execution.
  • Requirements: Extensive background in website management and digital brand design; actionable knowledge of WordPress or alternative CMS frameworks; strong graphic design capabilities and digital communication instincts.

5. Video Content & Media Specialist

  • Employment Type: Contract (with growth potential)
  • Location: Remote (Addis Ababa)
  • Key Responsibilities: Edit professional long-form educational videos and short-form digital storytelling media; support multimedia strategy across social networks; assist in the production of corporate podcasts, technical interviews, and promotional launch campaigns.
  • Requirements: Solid experience in professional video editing, visual storytelling, and digital content generation tools. Direct experience designing targeted content for LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram is highly valued.

Academic Development & Impact Measurement Roles

6. Training & Curriculum Specialist

  • Employment Type: Contract (with growth potential)
  • Location: Remote (Addis Ababa)
  • Key Responsibilities: Design structured training curriculums, standard operating guidelines, participant guides, and learning materials; assist in translating complex project management and leadership concepts into scalable online learning (eLearning) modules.
  • Requirements: Demonstrated background in instructional design, curriculum formatting, or technical content writing; deep understanding of adult learning methodologies and structural workshop facilitation.

7. Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Specialist

  • Employment Type: Contract (with growth potential)
  • Location: Remote (Addis Ababa)
  • Key Responsibilities: Establish and implement rigid monitoring and evaluation frameworks; design surveys, analytical tools, and KPI tracking systems; analyze program data to compile impact, performance, and donor-compliant data reports.
  • Requirements: Strong analytical background in program evaluation or impact tracking; capability to handle complex performance datasets. Experience managing M&E data for workforce development or institutional training programs is preferred.
