The company is currently seeking energetic, passionate, and adaptable professionals to fill two (2) distinct positions at its operations hub in Addis Ababa.

Open Positions & Specifications

1. Digital Marketing Manager

  • Department: Commercial / Marketing & Public Relations
  • Location: Addis Ababa
  • Experience Required: Minimum of 5+ years of active experience in Digital Marketing, Brand Management, or Digital Communications. Prior leadership experience inside a creative agency or consumer brand environment is highly preferred.
  • Technical & Creative Portfolio Requirements:
    • Core Expertise: Proven track record running complex multi-channel digital campaigns, social media strategy, content marketing architectures, SEO/SEM optimization, and email marketing.
    • Design Suite Mastery: Deep hands-on proficiency in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, explicitly Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
    • Preferred Assets: Strong practical skills in professional studio photography, industrial videography, and advanced motion graphics production.
    • Analytics Stack: Fluent in extracting actionable data using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and active social listening platforms.
  • Core Competencies: Data-driven decision-making, commercial awareness, stakeholder negotiation, and the ability to steer design teams under tight campaign deadlines.

2. Junior HR Officer

  • Department: Human Resources & Organizational Development
  • Location: Addis Ababa
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Required: 6 months to 1 year of foundational experience within a Human Resources unit, preferably gained within an active FMCG or manufacturing environment.
  • Core Competencies:
    • Clean processing of clerical HR documents, staff attendance profiling, and personnel folder maintenance.
    • Intermediate to advanced proficiency running Microsoft Office applications (specifically Excel formulas and Word templates).
    • Strong time-management skills, exceptional communication, and high attention to detail.
