Banking & Branch Operations Career Opportunities

1. Customer Service Officer

Handles customer service and front-desk banking operations; requires BA in Business, Economics, or related fields + minimum 1 year of relevant banking experience. Duty Stations: Alembank, Mercato, Cinemaras.

2. Senior Customer Service Officer – Cash

Manages cash operations and customer accounts; requires BA in Business/Economics + 2 years of banking experience (including 1+ year as Cashier or Customer Service Officer). Duty Stations: Gofa Amin, Kolfe, Ehilberenda, Ayertena, Cinemaras.

3. Swift Officer III

Manages international wire and SWIFT operations; requires BA in Business/Economics + 2 years of banking experience (including 1+ year as a SWIFT Officer). Duty Station: Head Office.

4. Branch Operation Supervisor

Supervises daily branch transactions and operational workflows; requires BA in Business/Economics + 2 years of banking experience (including 1+ year as Branch Accountant or Customer Service Officer). Duty Stations: Mercato, Jemo Arefa, Girar Hamza, Finfinnee.

5. Grade I Branch Manager

Directs overall branch performance, growth, and administration; requires BA in Business/Economics + 5 years of banking experience (including 3+ years in a managerial or supervisory role). Duty Stations: Betel (Al-Aqsa), Alembank, Ayertena, Ehilberenda, Mercato, Jemo Arefa, Gofa Amin, Furi.
