Formally registered by the National Bank of Ethiopia under Proclamation No. 86/1994 with License No. 017/12, the company initiated operations with an impressive financial foundation designed to earn immediate public confidence. Starting with a subscribed capital of Birr 45 million and a paid-up capital of Birr 11,480,000—well exceeding the regulatory minimum limits at the time—TISc has grown substantially from its original three Addis Ababa branches.

1. Auditor II (Re-advertised)
Executes internal or external auditing workflows; requires BA/BSc in Accounting/Finance + 2 years experience.
2. Engineer II
Conducts insurance risk mitigation and collateral inspection; requires BSc in Civil Engineering, 2 years experience, and Asset Valuation certification.
3. Senior Auditor (Re-advertised)
Manages internal financial controls and risk compliance; requires BA/BSc in Accounting/Finance + 4 years relevant experience.
