1. Graduate Trainee – IFB
📍 Location: Addis Ababa (City Branches)
🎓 Qualifications: BA in Business/Econ/Accounting/Banking (2026 G.C./2018 E.C. graduate, CGPA ≥ 2.75, Age ≤ 25, Exit Exam ≥ 50%).
Critical: Fundamental knowledge of Shari’ah law and IFB principles is mandatory.
Branch Management Positions
- Branch Manager III (Jijiga): 4 yrs exp (1 yr as Manager IV/Bus. Mgr I).
- Branch Manager IV (Werka, Hulbareg, Bule Hora, Chiro): 3 yrs exp (1 yr as Bus. Mgr II/III).
- Branch Manager IV – IFB (Worabe): 3 yrs exp (1 yr as Bus. Mgr II/III – IFB). Requires deep knowledge of Shari’ah law.
5. Secretary
📍 Location: Mekelle District Office
🎓 Qualifications: Diploma (4 yrs exp) or Bachelor’s in Secretarial/Office Mgmt.
