1. Senior Audit Follow-Up and Analysis Officer
Tracks and analyzes audit recommendations; requires BA in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or Management + 4 years of related experience (including 2+ years in auditing). Interest-Free Banking (IFB) training is an added advantage. Duty Station: Head Office.
2. Senior IS Auditor
Performs information systems and IT audits; requires BSc/BA in MIS, Computer Science, IT, Accounting, Management, or Economics + 4 years of relevant IT audit experience. IFB training is an added advantage. Duty Station: Head Office.
3. Branch Manager
Drives branch growth, customer acquisition, and operational efficiency; requires BA in Accounting, Management, Economics, or Business Administration + 6 years of banking operations experience. IFB training is an added advantage. Duty Station: Branch Offices.
4. Branch Operation Supervisor
Supervises daily branch transactions, vault operations, and payment instruments; requires BA in Accounting, Management, or Economics + 4 years of banking operations experience. IFB training is an added advantage. Duty Station: Branch Offices.
5. Senior Customer Service Officer
Handles cash/FCY transactions, till management, and coaches CSOs; requires BA in Accounting, Management, or Economics + 3 years of banking operations experience. IFB training is an added advantage. Duty Station: Branch Offices.

Provides front-line customer service and banking transactions; requires BA in Accounting, Management, or Economics + 2 years of banking operations experience. Knowledge or certification in IFB is an added advantage. Duty Station: Branch Offices.
