1. Import Technical Manager
- Job Title: Import Technical Manager
- Minimum Qualification & Education:
- BSc Degree in Pharmacy OR
- BSc Degree in Pharmacy with an MSc Degree in Supply Chain Management
- Minimum Work Experience:
- 5 years and above of relevant experience for BSc in Pharmacy holders OR
- 2 years and above of relevant experience for BSc in Pharmacy + MSc in Supply Chain Management holders
- Key Skills & Competencies:
- Direct prior experience serving as a Technical Manager within a pharmaceutical import/distribution company.
- In-depth knowledge of Ethiopian Food and Drug Authority (EFDA) directives, regulatory standards, and Good Distribution Practice (GDP).
2. Financial Planning & Analyst
- Job Title: Financial Planning & Analyst
- Minimum Qualification & Education: BA Degree, MBA, or MSc Degree in Accounting & Finance, Economics, Business Management, or Business Administration.
- Minimum Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years and above of relevant professional experience.
- Key Skills & Competencies:
- High level of technical competence in preparing and drafting annual institutional budgets.
- Demonstrated proficiency in financial forecasting and conducting variance analysis on budget utilization.
3. Property Administrator
- Job Title: Property Administrator
- Minimum Qualification & Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Property & Supplies Management, Facility Management, or related fields of study.
- Minimum Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years and above of direct experience (prior experience within a healthcare/health institution setting is preferred).
- Key Skills & Competencies:
- Extensive experience in fixed and current asset management.
- Demonstrated capability in recording, receiving, issuing, inventory monitoring, and asset control.
4. Café & Restaurant Manager
- Job Title: Café & Restaurant Manager
- Minimum Qualification & Education: BA Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or related fields.
- Minimum Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years and above of relevant experience.
- Key Skills & Competencies:
- Practical managerial experience at an appropriate operational level within a café, restaurant, or hotel setup.
- Strong inventory control, customer relations, and operational management capabilities.
