1. Senior Batching Plant Electrician
- Job Summary: Responsible for the continuous, safe, and efficient operation of electrical, electronic, automation, and control systems in the concrete batching plant. Maximize plant uptime via preventive maintenance, troubleshooting control circuits, calibrating weighing systems, and maintaining safety compliance.
- Reports To: Maintenance Unit Operation
- Location: Addis Ababa / Kality
- Employment Type: Full-Time

- Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Advanced Diploma or ITI/Vocational Certification in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of direct maintenance electrician experience in a ready-mix concrete batching plant, asphalt plant, or heavy industrial unit.
- Technical Skills: VFDs/Soft Starters, PLC troubleshooting (Siemens, Delta, Schneider), load cell calibration, and 3-phase power distribution.
2. Senior Batching Plant Mechanic
- Job Summary: Responsible for mechanical maintenance, installation, service, and repair of heavy machinery within the concrete batching plant facility.
- Reports To: Maintenance Unit Operation
- Location: Addis Ababa / Kality
- Employment Type: Full-Time

- Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: ITI, Vocational, or Advanced Diploma in Mechanical Maintenance, Industrial Mechanics (Millwright), or related trade. Structural welding certification (e.g., AWS D1.1) is an asset.
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on mechanical maintenance experience in a ready-mix concrete batching plant, quarry, cement plant, or aggregate handling facility.
- Technical Skills: Twin-shaft/planetary mixer overhauls, conveyor splicing/alignment, pneumatic/hydraulic system repairs, arc/MIG welding, and hard facing.
3. Head of Supply Chain
- Job Summary: Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain functions for the concrete plant, covering raw material procurement (cement, aggregates, sand, admixtures, fuel), inventory, fleet/logistics management, and timely ready-mix concrete (RMC) dispatch.
- Reports To: General Manager
- Location: Addis Ababa / Kality

- Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Procurement & Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Economics, MBA, or related field.
- Experience: 6 years of experience in supply chain/procurement/logistics, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role (preferably in concrete, cement, construction materials, or manufacturing).
- Technical Skills: Vendor negotiations, fleet/RMC transit mixer dispatch optimization, inventory control (FIFO/ABC analysis), and ERP/SAP (MM/SD) proficiency.
4. Marketing Officer (Sales)
- Job Summary: Execute marketing plans, digital promotions, market research, and branding activities to drive client growth and support sales targets in the ready-mix concrete sector.
- Reports To: Marketing Unit Operation
- Location: Addis Ababa / Kality
- Employment Type: Full-Time

- Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in construction materials or industrial products.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with RMC/construction markets, proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, Photoshop/Canva, Google Analytics, and social media management.
5. Senior Quality Assurance / Quality Control Technician
- Job Summary: Execute and supervise laboratory and field testing of concrete and raw materials according to project specifications and international standards (e.g., ACI).
- Reports To: Quality Unit Operation
- Location: Addis Ababa / Kality
- Salary: Negotiable and attractive
- Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Diploma Level IV in Road Construction, B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in concrete laboratory and field testing.
- Technical Skills: Fresh/hardened concrete testing (slump, compressive strength, air content), raw material testing, mix verification, lab equipment calibration, and familiarity with ACI standards.
6. Storekeeper
- Job Summary: Manage receipt, safe storage, inventory records, and issuance of raw materials, spare parts, tools, and consumables for the concrete plant.
- Reports To: Supply Chain Head
- Location: Addis Ababa / Kality
- Employment Type: Full-Time

- Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Diploma or technical certificate; additional training in storekeeping/logistics is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of storekeeping experience, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or ready-mix concrete.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of stock control procedures, material handling, hazardous material safety, basic computer skills, and ERP/inventory software.
