Sales Consultant

• Job Summary: Responsible for identifying prospective customers, presenting real estate projects, building strong client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.
• Number of Vacancies: 120
• Work Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

• Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Economics, Engineering, Real Estate, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in real estate or a related industry, with a demonstrated record of meeting sales targets and closing transactions.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Amharic; English communication is an advantage.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Additional Advantages: Knowledge of the Addis Ababa real estate market; previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or real estate.
• Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Strong customer orientation, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
